The City Council holds its regular meetings on February 2nd Tuesday of each month starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 30 Evangeline Street.
These meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.

Annual Reports

The annual report of the municipality is prepared in accordance with Section 105 of the Local Governance Act and By-law 2018-54.

Meetings

Regular City Council meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

By-laws & Policies

The Local Governance Act allows municipalities to put in place bylaws
for the well-being of the community.

Town of Bouctouche by-laws are passed by Town Council at public meetings.
The procedure for the adoption of a new by-law consists of three readings of the by-law before it is finally adopted.
